Dear Eclipse Community Forums (EPP)
I am currently engaged in a project that is attempting to reduce the JEE workspace set up time when using eclipse.
The specific area i am interested in is downloading and installing eclipse with a user selected server runtimes already installed.
for example...
i do not want my users having to navigate Windows, Preferences, Server, Runtime environments
then click Add... Download additional server adapters, etc. etc
and check "Create a new local server"
i am looking to pre install any valid server runtime environment into eclipse. The only user input necessary would be for my user to select the type of server they wish to deploy to.
All this would happen "outside of eclipse" via the command line or some time of scripting/program code.
My questions are...
a). Is this possible?
b). is this possible with EPP?
if it is possible, where do i start?
are there any useful examples, tutorials, or books that can explain how this could be achieved?

I think that maybe somebody from the eclipse.webtools forum may be able
to provide some assistance here. Try posting in that forum.
