Hi.

I'm new at using eclipse, so I am in need of some help.

How to set eclipse up to compile to windows?
In configuration I only have Default and cannot build anything.

Does anyone have a link to a new user guide to windows or anything the like?

understand. In particular, pay attention to the "Which package should I
install?" section in the Eclipse article.
