Hello,
I have spent forever trying to fix this problem. It worked a week ago and after i restarted my computer it gave thsi error. I am so confused. Here is what it says:

Have downloaded 64-bit Eclipse only to wire it up to a 32-bit JVM?

If you need help installed Eclipse, I can offer:
