No, there's no such feature that I'm aware of.

In the Eclipse Preferences, select PHP > Editor > Content Assist, and
then make sure the option "Enable auto activation" is enabled.

Open Help > Install New Software, select Helios from the "Work with"
list, and then look in the Web, XML, and Java EE category. You'll find
"JavaScript Development Tools," "Web Page Editor," and "Eclipse Web
Developer Tools" (among others).
