Debug with ClickIDE [message #662825]

I am creating a Webapplication using Eclipse and the ClickIDE (Apache Click). But my problem is that i cannot debug my program. If i set breakpoint they are never reached (even if the breakpoint is set to the first statement in my program) and it is also impossible to make some testoutput (i.e. with System.out.println). What am i doing wrong?
