Figure Drag & Drop using ALT key [message #662668]

Hello I am new in GEF and I am lost in implementing following situation:

A) Normally when I drag and drop my figure it will move figure's children as well.

B) When I keypress ALT and drag and drop my figure command will move only figure itself children will remain intacked.

I was searching for some special EditPolicies or getting into Command some information about keystrokes, but I couldn't find anything.

Can anyone advise me?
