I'm new to Eclipse, and I was wondering what this icon means. I have my project to automatically build, but I'm not sure what this is.

Please, please help me!

I'm trying to make a jar file. If anybody has used Documentum before, I'm trying to use it as a TBO in a docapp, but I keep getting an error, and I want to make sure everything is compiling right.

This is probably an indicator that the code is not committed to source
code repository. Do you use Git ?
