Why my eclipse could not new a web project? [message #657256]

I use the eclipse-jee-helios-3.6.1, and could new web project successfully before, but today I install a plugin(BPEL), and then I could not find the web project item when I open the project new guide, all the web projects which I created before are not identified now.

Could somebody let me know how to solve it?
