Hello,

we want to add some primitive mail functionalities to our Rap application, therefore we need http, put, get etc. Working with http methods is sth new to me, so im interssed, is it possible to send that methods over rap engine programatically, and parse the response, which will be probably in xml or json. what would be the best/easiest way of realising it?

Thnx, Edin

Hi Edin,

since RAP applications run entirely on the server, you would have to
access your mail server from the Java code. There are a couple of
libraries for HTTP communication, such as the Apache HTTP client.
