One of the most interesting things around OSGI it is to dynamic update an application, so i'm getting bored when in Virgo i get an DuplicateLocationException.
It occurs when i deploy a PAR in Virgo and this PAR throws some sort of exception. I then try to clean Virgo, remove the project, and even clear the work directory, but i STILL got DuplicateLocationException when i try to redeploy the PAR. I then have to restart the whole server do redeploy my PAR

Can anyone help me?

I doubt that this behaviour can be reproduced on the command line, so it may be a tooling related bug. If you can capture a simple PAR and steps to reproduce the problem, please raise a bug.
