Hi,

I've built EGit and JGit locally and installed them, alongside with the Mylyn feature. The git-describe output for egit is v0.10.1-74-gff9d34c

When I try to commit, there is no population of the commit dialog with the message template. Using the OSGI console I can see that the mylyn integration plug-in is active

osgi> ss org.eclipse.egit.mylyn.ui

Framework is launched.

id State Bundle
2473 ACTIVE org.eclipse.egit.mylyn.ui_0.11.0.201101181059

There are no error log entries. I am using

Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.

Version: Helios Service Release 1
Build id: 20100917-0705

What do I need to do in order to get the Commit dialog integration working?

Thanks,

Robert

Wow you're fast to adopt!

It's not fully finished yet... there's a bug that prevents it from working [1].

It should be fixed within a day or two...

Thanks for your reply, Chris.

Actually it seems to work since http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,2267 . And yes, I was just waiting for the integration to be committed Smile
