My project has this error even though the source folder 'src' is present:
Project 'xyz' is missing required source folder: 'src'
My company allow only this version of Eclipse.
Eclipse Platform
Version: 3.3.2
Build id: M20080221-1800

Junior Member
1) Right click project.
2) Click Properties.
3) Go to Java Build Path
4) Select tab "Source"
5) Remove the folder name that causing problem.
