Yes, I agree for the typical use case this setting should not be necessary.
Less config is a good thing.
So, if not explicitly specified in "launch.ini" then
"org.eclipse.equinox.servlet.bridge.enabled" will be set "true" in the
FrameworkLauncher.
Should be available in tonight's build.
