Hi,

I am trying to globalize manifest file for one of the plugins, which does not have a plugin.xml.
I expect it to create a plugin.properites file, but instead, the following file structure gets created
OSGI-INF
I10n
bundle.properties

Bundle.properties contains the strings that i want to externalize.
Is this the expected behaviour for the globalization of manifest file without plugin.xml?
