Hi!

To be able to debug Tcl with DLTK I need to have an debug engine.

If a user do not have a license of Komodo ActiveState, are there any other debug engines to be able to debug Tcl with Eclipse (and DLTK)??

Or do all users that need to debug Tcl buy an Komodo ActiveState license?

Are there any free and good working debug engines for Tcl?

Are there or will there be any debug engines included in DLTK for the future, and that case when is that then planned?

We are simply a couple of users that need to be able to debug Tcl and are not sure if we then need to buy Komodo licenses for all the users to be able to use the debug engine together with DLTK - or if there are other debug engines to use?

Best Regards
/Marcus

Any debugger that speaks DBGP should work. I'm not familiar with TCL debuggers, but you should be able to quickly determine if there's a DBGP-based alternative.
