PHP Project Outline is not working with remote project [message #63950]

'Create Remote Project' from remote system view (some folder over sftp
connection)
And folder is created in PHP Explorer view
However when I edit php file, nothing is changed in PHP Project Outline view
And it is normally working with local files

Is there any way to solve this problem?
