'Problem determining user request' error on p2 Admin UI [message #634185]

Hi,

I'm using the p2 Admi UI (3.6.1) to try out some provision but can't get past the following error, no matter which repository I am trying to install from.

I select a Profile, then right-click an IU and select 'Instal..'. This also brings up a dialog with the message "Problem determining user request. Profile id:null, Selection count: 1"
I've ensure that a profile is selected but this doesn't seem sufficient. What does this error mean?

I'm running Win x64 with JDK 1.6.0.
