Splashscreen failing to show up [message #633352]

I am developing from Mac to PC an RCP and while the splash screen shows
up on the Macintosh, it does not show up in Windows. I discovered this
when I added a password to the splash handler, and then the windows
version simply hung. So I am not sure when the splash stopped showing
up (i.e. which version of Eclipse).

The config.ini files are identical and show the correct splashpath.

Any help will be appreciated.
