I wonder how to configure HTML autoformatting?
I want to specify WHICH elements Eclipse should treat like BLOCKs and which - like INLINEs, because now, when I do "Autoformat", Eclipse breaks code with undesirable way like sticking together <label>, <input>. So I was looking for some configuration regarding this but found absolutely nothing, like this is hardcoded.
Is there a way to configure this?

Hi,

Right now we do not have a way to specify exactly which elements are formatted as block or inline.

A couple of bugs that you may be interested in:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/122051

As stated in Bug 203252, it seems like the list of which elements were formatted was a hold over from a previous enhancement request.
