PHP files - Permission denied after CSV operation [message #631344]

Hi,
when I use CSV command commit, then processed files has changes permissions. So, permission are invisible for http user and I must set permissions back manually. There's some preferences property to change this? I know about file property, which contains file permission attributes. Thanks
