Hi all,

I've got a question for you.
Is there any way for passing a parameter to an ATL transformation?
I need to take as input a String, representing the name of an UML Use Case Diagram, because my transformation will work on every Interaction Diagram included in the Use Case.

How could I make something like that?

Thank in advance,
Dave.

The idea is described here though you'll probably have to adapt things since it's described using am3 ant tasks which are deprecated now.

You can also use a super-imposed transformation where you pass the parameter so that if you change it, you'll only change the super-imposed transformation and not the original one.

Thanks for the reply, Sylvain. I'll study that method, but if am3 ant tasks are now deprecated, what's the non-deprecated way for launching transformations?

Dave.

ATL ant tasks ! but you'll probably face the same problem as here i.e. no more XML injector/extractor directly available.
