Initial project consists of a web service for link checking a web site.

User to enter a web site address such as www.eclipse.com in a web page. Link checking confined to pages within web site address but to include unlimited depth. Output will be a CSV file of all links.

The file format will contain 4 fields:
1) URL of page
2) URL of link
3) Specific HTTP status code response
4) If HTTP status code is between 400 to 500, list the line number where the link is located

Note: No duplicated page/link combination should be induced in the csv file.
