As of the Galileo I200810112129 build, the MDT OCL binding for UML
(org.eclipse.ocl.uml feature) has adopted the MDT UML2 version 3.0
metamodel. This means that the org.eclipse.ocl.uml plug-in is now
versioned at 2.0.0, as it re-exports org.eclipse.uml2.uml 3.0.0 (being
an extension of the UML2 API).

Happily, the OCL API and serialization remain compatible with the 1.2
release, so there is no migration required in client code.
