Ola!
For my project work I had to create Eclipse help that consists entirely of PDF files. Lots of them. I wanted navigation from Eclipse help and hence have written a hack on top of PDFBox and DOM to extract the PDF bookmarks abd produce corresponding TOC files. Works very well, but the code is alpha quality. I am wondering if anybody out there would like to adopt the raw code and put this into the Eclipse distro. I will not have the time to do it well, but I think I have figured out all the basics, so embellishing the solution, wrapping it with various tool access interfaces, and shipping would be the main work.
