Hi,

We've got a plugin we're using for our infocenter help. It has a German version of the text as well. We have it deployed successfully and can view it in German on our site. However, a customer has deployed it and the information is displaying the English context. Any idea what may have gone wrong with their deployment?

If eclipse.exe is launched without a -lang parameter (the usual situation) it will determine the locale from the OS. Try launching with the argument -nl de to force the locale to be German. If you still do not see the German intro it is most likely that the fragment containing the German translation is not getting loaded.
