Turn filtering on/off in the Infocenter [message #623952]

I'm looking for a way to turn on/off the filtering option for the infocenter. I have downloaded Eclipse Version: 3.5.2
Build id: M20100211-1343 and it does not have the option available as a default.

Is there a special plugin I need to download to enable this feature?

Eclipse 3.5 does not support filtering in the infocenter, in infocenter mode all topics are shown. In Eclipse 3.6 filtering will be added for the infocenter also.
