Hi,

it is possible to persist a model instance created in GMF editor using the Teneo/Hibernate framework.

However, is there a way to read a persisted model instance from a database and render artefacts to the GMF editor interface (initially and repeatedly), the other way around so to say.... Teneo tutorials only show how to query persisted data, but not how to route the data directly to the GMF editor interface.

I experiemented with the HibernateXMLResource which I guess is the way to go, but couldn't find a way to get this to work.

Are there any experiences out there where to start with?

In this regard: The tutorials work with a database called "library". How can I actually set the name of the database.

Thanks, Stumppi

Hi Stumppi,
I am holiday therefore the later reply... I am afraid that I don't have real GMF knowledge. So hopefully you have found
the answer already..

The database name is set in the database connection properties (the url). An example of this can be found in the
StoreController class (in the tutorial).
