There used to be a class ProjectIncludingResourceLoader
which could be used to setup the resource loading when a workflow was run from eg. a builder. This class no longer seems to exist, what is the new way to do this?

What I want to do is run a workflow from an incremental builder.

Just for the record, the class is still there and can be found in the org.eclipse.emf.mwe.ui plugin.
