enable with a checkbox to publish files to server both on the Run/PHP Web
Page dialog and the Preferences/PHP Servers page.

In newer versions I can't find this setting.

I found the PHP Web Server directory mapping settings, but regardless what
I try to set here the project files will not be copied to the htdocs
folder on the local computer.

Can anyone please help, how to publish files to local server the same way
as with version 1.0.1.v20071001 ?
