Sorry for the crosspost, but I really don't know what the correct forum is
for this one.

Is it possible to find out in an instance of a subclass of
IncrementalProjectBuilder
whether eclipse is running headless (using AntRunner) or in the normal UI
mode?

Also, when a project is built in headless mode with
<eclipse.incrementalBuild> does
it run all the build commands specified in the .project file?

And, how do I do a full build as opposed to a incremental build?
