Hello, I am using Eclipse 3.5 and Visual editor for java/Swing

At seemingly random times i will get a large RED X instead of the rendering of my applet window.

I cannot find documentation anywhere on where to start troubleshooting, i can see no error messages or log files that look like related to visual editor.

When I get error with VE ( Visual Editor ) i use to :

(1) close the file and reopen it.
(2) close the IDE and reopen it

I've not worked with VE on applets, however I worked with Visual Editor on Swing and RCP Applications.

--> I suggest you to keep a minimal layout, working mainly on containers ( they might save your project ;)
