Browsing through the CDT source, I noticed cppparser.java (cdtcoresrc)
and a few other files are the result of invoking javacc.
Is cppparser.java part of the cdt build, and if so, is the cppparser.jj
parse file available?

Hi Don,
There are licensing issues w.r.t. the "cppparser.jj" file. As a result we
can release the results of running that file, but not the file itself.
