The current build (emft-compare-SDK-incubation-I200803130951.zip)
contains unzipped source code in addition to a src.zip.

The unzipped source code leads to very long paths that can cause
problems on Windows. E.g

/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.emf.compare.source_0.8.0.v20080 3130951\src\org.eclipse.emf.compare.diff.edit_0.8.0.v2008031 30951\src\org\eclipse\emf\compare\diff\provider\RemoteUpdate UniqueReferenceValueItemProvider.java

is 218 characters.

I'm just thinking this is unintentional since the src.zip is also in the
build.
