[JET] Collecting Metrics [message #62195] Sun, 31 May 2009 01:01

Hi,

I am wondering if there is a way to collect some metrics during a JET
transformation. For starters, it would be nice to record information each
time a <c:get> tag is processed, and capture the following:

1. the template file being processed
2. the final result of the <c:get> (the content written to 'out')
3. the xpath expression

I'd like to collect this info for a report that could be used in a few
ways (for training, for documentation, to aid in finding unused model
data, and for evaluating complexity of the transform).

Anybody have hints on how this info could be collected?
