I used this example can't send file.

Hi cui zihui.

The code can send/receive files. It's currently disabled by the
ecf.eclipse.org public server, however.

But the code in the collab example for sending and receiving files is
quite old, and in the process of being replaced by the filetransfer API:

org.eclipse.ecf.filetransfer
