If there are no errors it means that you ahve set up your environment
correctly.
| How do I get this thing built?
Now go onto the next section,
2.1.1 Using Features to Build the CDT Distribution
This builds the actual bin.dist.zip files, which will be found in the
feature directories of org.eclipse.cdt-feature and
org.eclipse.cdt.<platformID>-feature.
