I've been using VE for several months with Swing.

I would like to implement custom actions extending from AbstractAction.

I've tried to do this as an inner class and VE can not seem to recognize the
class from the Bean Picker. If I put the Action in a separate class file it
works. However, in a separate file I can not access the components on the
form.

I've searched all over for suggestions.

Is there a 'best practices' or an example of using Actions with VE?
