This class, perhaps called TeneoException, would extend RuntimeException.
Subclasses would be HbStoreException and StoreValidationException (perhaps
there are others).

This makes writing logic to filter out Teneo exceptions (or retrieve the
embedded Hibernate exceptions) more reliable.

If you agree then I can file it in bugzilla.
