Hi Dorothy,

Welcome to the CDT
To install ...

1) Download and install Eclipse 2.0.2 or M4 to your machine
2) Download the CDT bin.dist.zip and unzip it into the "eclipse" directory
that you installed in step 1. It just drops the features and plugins into
the correct places in the Eclipse install.
3) Future installs with the same version number should start with removing
all references to the CDT from the eclipse/features and eclipse/plugins
directories before unzipping the bin.dist.zip file.
