Cannot build Eclipse-sourceBuild [message #599183]

Hi,All
I have a question on building eclipse source code
I do all the things following the instruction,but still "BUILD FAILED"

I've installed ANT 1.6.4
set path to ANTHOME/bin
set classpath to ant.jar and xercesImpl.jar
set path to info-zip

But when I build source, the error is:
assemble.org.eclipse.sdk.win32.win32.x86.xml:609
Execute failed: java.io.IOException: CreateProcess: zip -r -q -qq ......
It seeems that the problem is related to "zip" setting.But I'm really
confused!

Can you suggest me?
