Eclipse User

I'm very new to Eclipse, (like just downloaded it), I'm working on enhancing
an existing product. I have all the orginal java source code for a server
side app.

I'm looking for some kind of tutorial or help from an one that knows how to
publish a java app to a TOMCAT server by using Eclipse. I know I need to end
up with some kind of WAR file, but that is about all I know.

Any help would be great !
