disable Breakpoint menu items? [message #598118]

Anyone know how to disable the "Enable" and "Disable" menu items in the
right-click menu for the Breakpoint View?

We support breakpoints, which work fine, but we don't allow
enable/disable. I'd like to gray out those menu items if possible.
