I have an target definition file, which among other things defines an
additional target location. In these location are different self-written
plugins (bundles) located. Due to some restrictions i had to export these
bundles as directory structure (not jar).

When i load my target definition file via
Windows->Preferences->PDE->Target Platform->Predifined Targets: load
target, the configuration is loaded, but all (own) plugins of the
additional target location are deselected.

What could be the difference between my self written plugins and
"original" eclipse plugins, so that my plugins are per default de-selected
?

Eclipse 3.4.1
