What's with Nebula? [message #590436]

Hi,

I went through the list of Projects the other day and noticed, Nebula
got a "strike-through" Incubator Icon next to it.

Normally most such projects have been withdrawn or stopped.
And only those with a Check Mark sign instead of the Incubator Egg
successfully evolved.

Can you explain what this means?
Or please fix the icon if it should be wrong.
