When I do a synchronize, I get a list of many resources. Clicking on each
one for the first time takes like 2-3 seconds each to see the delta. But
subsequent clicks are instantaneous. It seems that the stream contents are
only retrieved the frist time, and then cached.

So, how can I request the stream contents to be retrieved all at once, so I
don't have to wait 3 seconds per file? I'm sure a big part of overhead is
connecting and authentication. Or, why not anticipate the user clicking on
the next file, and retrieve just the next file using a background thread?
