My name is Martin Streicher, and I am the Editor of Linux Magazine.
I am interested in running a feature story on Eclipse in an upcoming issue
of the magazine. Ideally, the story would run in March 03 (our Java issue)
or in April 03 (our software development issue). The deadlines for those
issues are 15 Dec 02 and 15 Jan 03, respectively.
Eclipse seems like a rather large and sprawling topic, with many facets.
Ideally, the author of the feature would have previous writing experience,
would be able work with me to craft an appropriate focus for our audience,
and could write a story of 3000-4000 words according to deadlines. I prefer
an authoritative source, perhaps someone who is a lead in one of the Eclipse
projects.
If you're interested in writing this feature, please contact me via email at
mstreicher@linux-mag.com. I can provide a helpful writer's kit, and can
answer specific questions you might have.
Thank you for your consideration.
