Is it possible to run Eclipse without standard Eclipse Perspectives? [message #585751]

I want to start Eclipse with my own Perspective only and with no standard
Eclipse Perspectives such as Resource Perspective, Java Perspective and so
on.
Is it possible and if it is, how I can do it?
If you can provide some examples or links it will be greatly appreciated.
