Greetings all,
Just wanted to give a quick update about where we stand code-wise for
2008 Connectathon. As you saw in Sarah's previous note, the
applications for the 2008 North American Connectathon are now available
and must be submitted by September 21.
From an OHF point of view, we are busy updating the code base to
reflect changes to existing IHE profiles for 2008. This includes all
approved change proposals and updates for new profiles.
As of now, all CPs for XDS have been updated in OHF code. There is also
an initial implementation of XDS.b (not transport functional yet) that
has been committed to CVS as well. Over the next month, we will be
maturing this code and getting it ready for general testing sometime in
the middle of September. There will be some API changes that go along
with this, largely dictated by specification changes in CPs and XDS.b.
Updates for PIX, PDQ and ATNA CPs will come shortly as well. The OHF
Bridge will be updated shortly to reflect API changes in the XDS, PIX,
and PDQ code bases.
One issue we're currently dealing with is public testing platforms for
2008 CPs and new profiles. The current testing platform that IBM
provides has not been updated for 2008.
