I'm working on extracting the EPF Rich Text Editor so it can be used in
RCP applications and also on the Mac. I have it working in a test RCP
application.

In this RCP application I have created and registered (application)
top-level Undo/Redo menu items and toolbar items (IWorkbenchAction) in
an attepmt to link these to the Undo/Redo handlers of the RTE. However,
I've found that these top-level Undo/Redo menu items and toolbar items
only bind to the Undo/Redo actions of the "HTML" tab and not the "Rich
Text" tab. The key commands Ctrl-Z and Ctrl-Y work in both cases.

Does anyone know why?
