destroyApp() unhandled exception [message #578719] Fri, 25 December 2009 23:41 Go to next message

Hi everyone,

Eclipse keeps complaining about the unhandled exception in the call to destroyApp() even though you do not need to catch this exception in MIDP programs. The cannonical Hello World calls destroyApp and does not use try/catch or throws clause.

Is there a way to ignore Eclipse's unhandled exceptions "errors"? I could not find anything on this apparently trivial issue.

Cheers,
Victor Freire

You probably can configure it on Java > Compiler > Errors/Warnings preference page ( http://help.eclipse.org/galileo/topic/org.eclipse.jdt.doc.us er/reference/preferences/java/compiler/ref-preferences-error s-warnings.htm).
